Today, the children in 5th Class began their first in a series of lessons on 'Bio Beo'. James, from Maynooth University, came in to speak to the children about the Bioeconomy. The children discussed what the Bioeconomy is, went outside to explore and investigate what is our school habitat and discussed the ecological interconnectedness of all living things. James also took out his guitar and sang a fantastic song, which he wrote himself, titled 'Bio Beo'.
