Today we carried out the egg drop experiment. The children had to work in teams to create a protective housing for a raw egg. Each egg was then dropped from various heights to see if it survived the fall. We used lots of household items such as cotton wool, sellotape, wrapping paper, umbrellas, balloons and even nappies! It was very successful and there a lot of brilliant ideas on show.
