Look Who Came to Visit...
20th Dec 2021
We had a surprise visitor to the school today! Ms Duffy arrived with another four legged friend. Of course, all the reindeer are busy at the North Pole, so the next best thing was a beautiful chestnut coloured Shetland Pony called Goldie.
Goldie belongs to Ms Duffy's neighbour. He is a rescue pony that was bought to keep their thoroughbred horse company. He is called Goldie because of his golden mane and he is 15 years old, which is 48 in human years. He is a gentle, mischievious little animal and he didn't seem bothered by all the excited children who came to say hello. Thank you so much to Ms Duffy for this wonderful surprise visitor.
